Rotary endodontics involves the use of an electric-powered drill that has a nickel titanium tip that makes drilling easier because the tip is more flexible than the traditional stainless-steel files.
During a root canal procedure, infected roots and nerves inside the tooth are removed. The pulp, or roots and nerves, are removed because the infection is causing pain.
